Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from Purvanchal Harvest. Our products are food staples — perishable and consumable — and we follow a fair, transparent refund policy to protect both our customers and the integrity of our products.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been dispatched. To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9695771445 or email us at purvanchal.harvest@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
We offer refunds or replacements in the following situations: you received a damaged or broken product, you received the wrong product, or the product quality is significantly different from what is described on our website. To raise a refund request, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the issue. Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept physical returns. All claims are resolved through refund or replacement only.
